These are datacenter drives and they are noisy because they were not expected to be beside someone sleeping. The noise does not keep me awake I was just concerned for their integrity. The seller helped me run a test. Before it completed I bought the 28TB. Then the test completed with flying colours, the drive is just noisy I am enterprise noobie :P Thank you seller very much!

Took a little bit because 28tb is a large spinner. Performs as expected and everything checks out well. Compeditive cost for a drive of this size. This will be an offline backup drive for me but would use in array or anywhere else. Drive almost new with minor cosmetic blemish on casing that doesn't affect performance (as described).

Second time I've bought a bulk qty of drives from this seller, happy both times. This batch already went through a burn-in test with many TB written to all drives over the course of a few days, and then another week of normal operation. No failures/errors. They seem like good drives. Would buy from again!

The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected. I have purchased multiple HDD from this seller, this is the one and only time I had issues with the HDD I received.

Upon powering the drive up I saw it had some bad sectors. I started a return, and the Server Part Deals people were very friendly and issued a refund promptly. While the specific drive I ordered had issues, I would still buy from the seller again in the future.
