DON'T BUY FROM!!!! he still wont respond to the dispute so I can ship back for a refund. Thank god for ebay money back guarantee. To protect us from scumbags like this.

Seller worked diligently and conscientiously to help me troubleshoot the problems. Seller agreed that the damage occurred during shipment, worked to file a claim with UPS, and graciously agreed to let me return the TV for a refund.
