I contacted them and they gave me a story they was shipped from another place and got the order wrong and if I took pics of what I got they would ship me the correct E-3 plugs immediately so I could finish my build so then it takes 3 days to get a response and they tell me ship the wrong plugs back and they will refund my money. I have one suggestion on the packaging: ship in a padded box, rather than a padded envelope. The two individual spark plug boxes weren’t protected as well as the four boxed together. One plug came out of its’ box. But the rough handling is on the carrier. All in all, a great transaction! Thanks!
