The battery is working fine.

I really like these earbuds bud like all the other reviews you see about them not really staying in your ear is true. There are no grip and is just plastic that sits in the ear. Appearance was they look and sound great just wished they would have had some sort of grip.

I quickly asked for a refund and on the Monday once they were open, then immediately issued my refund. I am a little sad that my item was not as I thought it would be, but it was factory sealed and I do not blame the seller because they had no idea. Very kind seller, helped me even when I was a little frustrated, 10/10 customer service
