At one point, I was thinking that the item was perhaps unavailable due to the non-response. I requested cancellation after waiting for days for the shipment. It took around 12 days after purchase to get the item shipped. Once shipped, Japan-to-US took around 10 days (which is fair amount of time for international shipment).

This is my first Iwatani product, I use it every day and I hope it will last for few years. The item arrived as described, i.e., new and in its original box. Seller sent the item to the UK via FedEx, so it arrived much earlier than expect. I recommend both the product and seller.
