I understand that this time of year is busy but the reel spent over three weeks sat in a Depot somewhere and took a whole month to reach me... 11 days over the estimate, It was supposed to be a Christmas present but at least it arrived. Still a fantastic Reel and i would buy from them again without hesitation...
