After a while I contacted them to say not saying dispatched, they ASSURED me it was posted and would arrive for Christmas. It didn't arrive on Christmas Eve so I contacted them again and they refunded without asking me or any message and never responded when I messaged about it - it never arrived, I don't believe it was posted and they misled me. My daughter in law got no Christmas present which was embarrassing. I feel really let down.
