I am not able to connect to Bluetooth and the Wi-Fi adapter doesn't work well. the Wi-Fi may be a speed issue but i wish it was Bluetooth capable. other that and the cheap keyboard and mouse. the computer was great and had everything that it said as far as storage and memory and speed.

They took care of it with no questions asked. while communicating with them, I was so comfortable with there customer service that I purchased another PC from them a few days later. People at Norrios came through for me in a huge way. I needed a Windows PC that met certain requirements for work and this is what they delivered, and early. I received carefully packaged items two days before my due date. Because they did so well on their end, I was able to qualify for and schedule an interview. It would be difficult for me to be more pleased. A gracious Thank You to all at Norrios!
