This is a tiny model train, quite expensive, and the tender behind the locomotive had a defect from the factory that made it impossible to connect the other wagons to the locomotive. They demanded I return the defective part before they would make it good. No fault of my own, I got to wait another two weeks to operate the train.

The car itself was in perfect condition although the box was torn at both ends. Since it was described as new I contacted the seller to see if I could get a discount but they said I should return it to Ebay. Not worth the hassle to return it because the car was undamaged. I was disappointed with response I received from Tainz. I have purchased many items from them and found their customer service dept. better before
