I initially requested an exchange and messaged the seller, but since I didn’t hear back right away, I went ahead and initiated a return. The seller processed the refund smoothly, which I appreciated. And the listing said "new," so I was surprised by the condition; it may be due to long-term storage, but it's something to be aware of.

The seller is easy and swift to communicate with and very understanding of product issues. I received a replacement in no time and this screen works perfectly! The seller made sure to package the screen with care to ensure it would not be damaged during shipping. Very good communicator, I would always recommend contacting them to work out issues.

Seller confirmed the laser was new abd the unit is in very good condition. However, the carrier frame has evidence of being harvested, whether this was from an unused unit or not and whether a new laser itself was placed on it is hard to verify. That being said, the unit was installed and operated as expected.
