There are visible scratches on the screen but only when you look at it from certain angles. Usually the phone comes 80% battery but mine came with 91% which is good for a fair condition phone: In my opinion it was worth the money especially when you are comparing the other prices on here. Good enough quality for me and I like when my electronics come nice. The only visible thing on my phone is this small black scratch on the back of my phone.
