Come to find out from intex customer service the motor was bad and they will be sending me a new one seller did not check that it was in good working order before they sent it out. I actually never opened it until after I got the message, the box was tore and ripped some but delivery doesn't take kindness to well to boxes and things being delivered. Overall the chalkboard and dry erase board was great. Everything seemed to be in there as it's described. Would highly recommend this company and it's customer service A+++++
