The HDMI cable had a short in it causing the monitor to constantly loose connection and the packaging wasn't that great so my tower is dented severely on top. I appreciate it, but customers be weary.

I purchased was packaged appeared like new. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong monitor. Quick to respond and send me a free return label. However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund. Maybe tied up in their return department?? Just received the refund today, Aug 8th. Thanks Ron and the crew!
