Not heavy to carry, easy to open out and pack away, holds my weight, comfy for hours, supports my back and it's the perfect chill out chair. Keeps me off the grass where dogs are walked!! Next I'll try it on the pebble beach! I think the chairs will last if handled with care and can easily be replaced as the price is excellent for two chairs. I'd recommend the chair and seller!

Royal mail ignored a re-direct on delivery and could not even return it to the seller efficiently. Tracking showed it passing it up and down the country six times between depots, eventually delivering it back to the seller. Quickdraw promised to help resolve the problem and did so very effectively. Great value to begin with, but the excellent customer service went above and beyond to ensure that my granddaughter received her gift.
