Serverpartsdeals was quick to get me an RMA number and replacement instructions (after they validated the disk for themselves over a 48 hour period). The replacement just arrived and is working like a charm! I feel i got good value for the disks on sale, and serverpartsdeals was great to work with. The only problem was shipping: the package was received and "lost" the package for a few days. That's on the carriers not on serverpartsdeals though.

Upon powering the drive up I saw it had some bad sectors. I started a return, and the Server Part Deals people were very friendly and issued a refund promptly. While the specific drive I ordered had issues, I would still buy from the seller again in the future.
