If I were reviewing the item however I would say that when I travelled with my friend who also had a spinner but it was generic, I was envious that hers opened without having to zip through the wheels and touch them. Ick. Pretty luggage though. However a parking lot prophet proclaimed that I was ashamed of my luggage and lol she was somewhat correct.

I actually never opened it until after I got the message, the box was tore and ripped some but delivery doesn't take kindness to well to boxes and things being delivered. Overall the chalkboard and dry erase board was great. Everything seemed to be in there as it's described. Would highly recommend this company and it's customer service A+++++
