Fm mode may have worked but I didn't receive any carrier on 6m meter band with portable on same frequency. A $40.00 refund was passed to me for a defective transceiver. I hope I can get it fixed.

Lot of photos, more photos and detailed answers to fulfill my questions, very quickly. Shipping included in the price of the item and committed to a fast delivery courier (FedEx!). No extra duties for customs! All inclusive! And the item arrived to me exactly as described and fully operating. What should I ask more? Nothing more! Tracking showed it stuck in a UPS hub "black hole," then five days later it appeared on my doorstep (not in my mailbox--USPS never touched it). Over a week after delivery, tracking STILL shows it "enroute to USPS."Toshiba Flashair 8GB Wireless LAN Wi-Fi SD Card SDHC Class 10 W-03 tested (#297031377398)
