As I said-Customer service from the seller sort my case out without opening the case. Such things happen sadly-but these efforts from the seller are remarkable-that is all I can vote for. I contacted the seller who arranged for it to be sent back to them at their expense and I was given a full refund. I'm happy with the refund but would not order from them again I'm afraid.
