It arrived within 48hrs (& that was including a bank holiday) really safely packaged and in brilliant, mint condition as listed. I ordered a Build-A-Bear and they just stuffed it in a Small plastic package that was basically folded and stuffed into the plastic. Which did cause a little bit of a bend in the Build-A-Bear, but other than that everything was perfect
