Completely above and beyond what I expected! Refunded me and still shipped the missing frog! I will definitely shop with them again in the future just off of the value of their consideration for the customer!

It is in good shape to be 60 years old. Packaged very well to keep it from damage during shipment. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Five star plus for this great seller.
