First, this is a mini desktop, with few exhaust/intake ports & having all the components crammed close together leads to overheating issues. Second, the PC wasn't quite up to snuff for it's stats. Then we were informed that the newest gaming drivers for his GPU had not yet been installed. That fixed one issue at least. Not a bad eBay experience, tho, we'd buy from them again.

The keyboard, mouse and headphones were not worth it. The USB plug on the headset already broke. One of the monitors does not connect with the stand like it should: The stand falls off when you pick up the monitor. The system: They are 6th gen processors which are not going to be upgradeable to windows 11. :( (windows sucks) and so does the seller if they knew.

Happily pleased with this unit, others sell for double the price for a refurbished unit. Only difference was the picture showed a think station, received a think centre. Received everything as ordered. Very easy to setup. Dealer usually answers questions within 24 hours. Great value for what you receive. All excellent so far. Would purchase again from this dealer.
