Professionally packed. Comes with printed instructions. Begin with setting up windows out of the box, which is perfect. I did not use the optional wireless network adapter, I chose to hardwire ethernet. Machine is clean and quiet. Keyboard is thin and flimsy, great for regular laptop users like me. All of my hardware/software works. Not sure this would be great for complex gaming. Very happy.

I purchased was packaged appeared like new. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong monitor. Quick to respond and send me a free return label. However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund. Maybe tied up in their return department?? Just received the refund today, Aug 8th.
