After giving me the run around about getting pictures of the item, they shipped it without showing it to me. I ordered a climate control unit. What they sent me was an alternator. Not even close. Then when I told them about it, they didn’t respond for several days. When they did, they just told me to contact eBay for a refund. NO apology and NO attempt whatsoever to make it right. I am now stuck driving across country without a working climate control.
