  Outstanding seller; very responsive and excellent to work with. And their prices are more in-line with reality than some others.. Server shipped & arrived very quickly, in great condition, and packed better than expected. While it was missing the original rail set, (not uncommon for a refurb) the seller pointed to listing for compatible rails, and offered a discount to cover. These folks are a pleasure to work with, and I won’t hesitate to look here first for future purchases.

  I bought a couple of hard drives from them, I received them fairly quickly. They're exactly as described. One of the hard drives failed within a week, I contacted them and they immediately responded which was super helpful. I sent the drive back, they I had damage to drive even though I didn't. After talking with them I'm really happy they gave me a replacement. Save yourself the hassle and buy from them, since many other companies that sell hard drives have issues. I will definitely buy again!!

The product box was mummified with high-quality bubble wrap, and the drive inside that box was cocooned in what I would describe as a custom-fit air pillow with stiffening ribs.
