Although I ordered a refurbished or used item, it appeared brand new. A reassuring nozzle check printout, presumably produced with the actual part, was also included. This seller is now bookmarked.

Once I was able to install it and set it up I could confirm it works as expected and printed out a copy of the paper included that confirmed that paper wasn't from the unit I received.
