Seller was responsive resolving the problems I had - including return of 1 set of running boards for full refund. Customer service by Evelyn and Lizbeth was excellent! This seller is recommended - you can trust them. I caution buyers these did not fit precisely and required some adjustment to fit - and were a challenge. And plastic trim pieces are fragile and difficult to install ! But, if you're "handy" you can do it DIY.
