Had a mistake within the factory packaging, probably a 1 in a million chance but they took care of it immediately. You can’t ask for anything more than that. Communication was great and their service was superb, will be going in my favorites an will definitely be making more purchases in the near future with them. I couldn’t be happier

I give this as a positive feedback because as human beings we can make errors anytime. But how do you response and prevent it is more important. I’m very satisfied with their action , sent me a correct one with return packing for me to drop at the mailbox. Seller is sincere and good response but please note that they closed on Monday, please give them some time to respond back
