Very nonchalant about this and offered no resolution other than just return it. Did not offer a partial refund to cover the cost of dry cleaning. They refused and instead wanted $20 and keep the item. I said the item was worth more than that, and again offered them to return it. They refused again and threatened to leave negative feedback if I didn't do as they wanted. I wouldn't be bullied. So that's what they did.
