I contacted Radley and they sent a replacement in a couple of days which I put on and they work perfectly. The packaging was secure and the boxes were marked fragile trying to keep UPS on their toes. I'd strongly suggest that the seller look into using another shipper - it might be worth the effort if stuff starts getting lost.
