It's been the best customer service that I think I can remember. The candles arrived and in perfect condition. Super fast. Packed perfectly. These candles sell for a ton of money at the stores and this was the best deal on the market !

After I bought this when they were packing it up they noticed some marks on it and promptly sent me message with pictures letting me know and if I wanted to cancel or keep the order. I kept it, once it arrived, if I wouldn’t have know about the “Tiny” marks, I probably wouldn’t have even noticed.. A lot of sellers would have just sent it, but they wanted to bring it to my attention. VERY IMPRESSIVE!! Definitely recommend this company.. For the significant increase in price, I was expecting something in pristine condition. The lower part of the bag had a small flaw on the leather that was a circular chin k missing - as seen in the image. The shipping and packaging was fine, just flawed product and inaccurate description.
