Keeps my already broken nose years ago safe and helps with not getting rocked with a centered straight punch to the face. Time to get back in fighting shape. I was out of breath in 15 seconds. Im up to 40 now wich aint much but its a start. This headgear has me motivated to continue climbing my way back at 56 to get my confidence back to protect me and mine like i know i can.

I did not have to wait very long. I would definitely recommend this seller to you. He is a nice guy. I bought this gun to practice disarming techniques, holster draw techniques, and aiming techniques. This gun will serve you well if you are into self defense, martial arts, or combative arts.
