Perhaps the confusion is that the product is a NON NGO product and not an organic product as there is a difference. I did receive some candy pieces and tea, which was a nice touch. In an (acceptable) undamaged (state). The two bags of chips were in fine condition. Despite the (exact) size shipping box being slightly damaged. I am ready to move forward once again as far as making (future) purchases via eBay.

Currently pending refund.
