The item was exactly as pictured little to no wear and tear. pricey shipment but fast 2wk delivery time was expected since seller is in Ukraine. I was ok with it. My only wish would have been to receive a duster bag with the boots since there was no box I got a fair price for a pair of Chanel boots. This was an excellent experience for me.
