I reached out with some questions around midnight their time and had a response about 8 hours later that answered my questions before purchase. Just installed the system and still figuring out some settings but it does what I needed it to do. I was replacing a discontinued Airlift management system and like that it is upgradable at a better value. Would definitely buy from again! Shipping time was fair, but I was able to bench test everything before installation.
