In an (acceptable) undamaged (state). The two bags of chips were in fine condition. Despite the (exact) size shipping box being slightly damaged. I am ready to move forward once again as far as making (future) purchases via eBay.

I paid $37.56 for 6 Unison brand notebooks as advertised, but received 6 discount Target Dealworthy notebooks which are currently on sale for 39¢ on Target website - less than $3 total for same quantity of 6 notebooks. Currently pending refund.
