I’m using it for a parity drive in Unraid and it ran a smart test and parity check with no errors. Great value and looks great! Will buy again!

Unfortunately, one of the drives was DOA. The seller replied to my DOA questions very quickly, but the drive was dead. At this point, through no fault of the seller, I had to go through the eIS process of ordering a new drive and returning the old one to eBay’s warehouse. Not a big deal, but as I was ordering a new drive, I was hit with $46 duty, which would’t have happened for a replacement.

They shipped promptly but there was a delay in transit and they opened a case and it showed up a day or two later. They were very prompt with their response and helpful with handling the delay which was not their fault. The product matched the description and I would purchase again in the future.

The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected. I have purchased multiple HDD from this seller, this is the one and only time I had issues with the HDD I received.
