Was Brand New in original box. It’s unusual to see a black coloured toothbrush but is nice looking for a change.

The old one had developed a mound of its own and kept switching itself on and off at will! I saw other purchasers said they did not like the fact they had to press the on/off button three times to get the fastest brush mode. Personally, I like the fact that it gives you choice of mode. On the fastest one, my teeth haven’t felt this clean in ages. Excellent, in my opinion.

I received txt from EVRI on 20th Sept to say they had received the item and were processing delivery.As it was a small package (toothbrush heads) one would have thought delivery would be quick. NO. It took 5 days to be delivered. The money for purchase was taken from my bank before the item was delivered. WHY DO COMPANIES INSIST ON USING SUCH AN AWFUL DELIVERY COMPANY?? they'll get worse come Christmas
