It is very fast to respond to pages loading in a flash on the internet. Downloads fast. Shipping was free and fast as well. Very happy with my purchase. Did not try the WIFI included, but certain it works for most. I upgraded the WIFI due to living in a 15 story apartment, with brick walls and cement floors. No router on my floor. Cannot beat the price either, as it is the best deal on the web.

Called the # on instructions to tell them there was no WIFI adaptor that instruction sheet said there was. My monitor would not plug into pc and was on hold so long I had to hang up. Tried the online message and it would not work. Then sent message through EBAY and got a response only to half the problem. Had to turn around and ask again what to do about monitor plug. In the end Problem Solved.

Shipping was very fast and communication wasn’t even necessary. It’s a pretty decent base to add in a few upgrades for a cheap gaming machine. Throw in the right GPU (CPU wouldn’t hurt) and it should be capable of running some fairly modern games, including VR titles. I’d definitely recommend this seller to anyone looking to “build” a gaming PC the lazy way!

Happily pleased with this unit, others sell for double the price for a refurbished unit. Only difference was the picture showed a think station, received a think centre. Received everything as ordered. Very easy to setup. Dealer usually answers questions within 24 hours. Great value for what you receive. All excellent so far. Would purchase again from this dealer. Thanks Guys.

They make the refund the day suppose to be. I insist and bought another laptop in the same store. this time everything was fine. VERY WELL PACKAGED!!
