However, when I contacted the seller, I got an immediate response. (I felt there would be good follow up if the watch band didn't arrive). When it did arrive, it was exactly as pictured and described ~ a good price for the band I wanted. When I received the item it did not include the chain. However, I had paid for the chain. When I contacted the seller they responded right away. They re-sent the chain. The delay was unfortunate b/c I had purchased it as a gift for someone.
