Unfortunately I was under the impression (totally my own fault) that I was getting 62 drive link chains. These chains are too long and I will be returning them for the correct ones. Again, totally my own fault. My interaction with the seller is totally positive and they arrived on the exact date stated.

My order arrived missing 1 of the 3 items purchased as package deal. Motorcycle chain and 2 sprockets. I contacted Sarah from customer service and she told me to complete a couple things so they could verify who was at fault for this. By sending the pictures she requested a proving I had not been part of the cause. They agreed to forward me the missing part from my order due to arrive 5/27/2025. Ty Sarah
