Synopsis
Millennials are the most studied but least engaged or understood generation in America. Written by millennial Grant Skeldon, The Passion Generation is your guide to connecting with the young adults in your life and equipping them to become a generation of Christ-following community changers., Millennials are disrupting every major industry-changing the family unit, the church, and the workplace. As the largest living generation, millennials are one of the most studied but least understood groups of our day. And the chasm between generations is only growing wider. Grant Skeldon, millennial speaker and founder of the Initiative Network, looks beyond the research to reveal the root issue: it's not a millennial problem, it's a discipleship problem. Our culture is feeling the result of a mentorless, fatherless generation. But how do you disciple young people when you struggle to connect with them? With wit, compassion, and stories drawn from years of working to bridge generational divides, Skeldon offers methods that will help you understand not just what millennials are doing but why they're doing it and how we all can move toward healthy community. This book is your guide to discipling the young people in your life and engaging the future of the church. Book jacket., Millennials have disrupted almost every major industry. Whether you're a parent trying to raise them, a pastor trying to reach them, or an employer trying to retain them, they're disruptive. As the largest living generation, millennials are one of the most studied but misunderstood groups of our day. And the chasm between the generations is only getting wider. Speaker and founder of the Initiative Network Grant Skeldon pulls back the confusing statistics about millennials to reveal the root issue: it's not a millennial problem, it's a discipleship problem. Millennials are known for their struggle to hold jobs, reluctance to live on their own, and alarming migration away from the church. And now our culture is feeling the results of a mentor-less, fatherless generation. But how do you start discipling young people when you struggle to connect with them? Written by a millennial, The Passion Generation will guide you beyond the stats of what millennials are doing to the why they're doing it and how we can all move toward healthy community. With wit, compassion, and startling insights, this book shares stories and studies drawn from Skeldon's years of working to bridge generational gaps. In his signature conversational style, Skeldon offers researched strategies that will spark healthy connections, and practical methods that will help you disciple the millennials you love. MUCH BETTER THAN DESCRIBED!! It's like a brand new book but they only listed it as "good" so I'm very impressed and happy about my order! The service was fast and easy, they gave me an incredible offer I couldn't refuse, and I greatly appreciate it! The book looks like it came right from the store so it looks great, so great quality overall! Shipping was fast & they packaged it per the norm for book stores so everything was A++++. I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for sure & will buy from them again!

I would DEFINITELY purchase from this seller again. Seller might want to add more pics and better description because there was a tear on the back dust jacket that wasn’t mentioned. Could’ve happened during shipping so I’m not holding it against the seller. I fixed with tape on the inside of jacket. No harm/no foul. The seller had a more than generous price for this book + free shipping. NO complaints. Hence, I would purchase from this seller again without hesitation.
