The items was listed as 'Like New' condition, but has clearly had a screen replacement ( as there is a finger print on the 'INSIDE' of the screen along with bits of dust and dirt. The phone pictured in the add had 'black' character buttons and the item received had 'white' character text on the buttons. The charge for the battery on the phone does'nt hold for long in accordance with the 'Like New' phone of its type.

However, packaging could be improved - it was packed only in a light jiffy bag with a small cardboard on the screen... Extra bubble wrap would have helped secure the phone further. The postman dropped the item into the letterbox through the door, therefore packaging could be improve to allow for rough delivery handling/potential delivery drops.
