They look much darker and richer in real life, but honestly it made them even more appealing to me. They add a nice touch of class and academia vibes, so this is a great frame for anyone who enjoys a vintage feel.

The frame itself was perfect and looks beautiful. I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly and will be sending me a new one asap. I would definitely recommend them and I plan on buying a few more from them in the near future. I'm giving them a dive star rating because although the item was damaged, they resolved the matter swiftly and I didn't have to do a return.
