A couple of the reinforced mailer envelopes were damaged during shipment since they were vacuumed sealed in plastic with no extra protection around them & I informed them no need for a refund as only 2 of the 50 got damaged. I suggested they pack something around the mailers before vacuum sealing them. They thanked me & mentioned they'd make their shipping dept. aware of this.
