The phone call I just had with E-Bay confirms a seller "can" change shipping method ONLY if the buyer agrees to a change. The METHOD of shipping used was the problem. Bottom line is the listing said shipping would be via USPS Priority mail. You (the seller) changed the shipping method to a slower form (UPS Surepost) after payment was made. Ebay doesn't allow that (without my consent, which I never gave.) I called them to confirm. I didn't need the shirt fast rather I need you to honor you listing as advertised.
