Look at the item title for what buyer purchased "OREGON RIM SPROCKET". This buyer actually thought that a chainsaw rim sprocket was a shopvac filter ring. The ring that holds the air filter in place and affixed to the motor of the shopvac. Look at buyers negative feedback. "it was for a chainsaw and I was ordering parts for a shopvac". Are you serious? leave me negative feedback? STAY OFF EBAY! STAY OFF INTERNET

We waited and waited, never was showing any update with the USPS. Contacted Seller about issue, and they automatically shipped out another. Our original order just sat in transit never moving. The seller went above and beyond to make sure we received another one. For some reason some buyers think that sellers have control over the USPS. I no longer have control over an item once the item starts "tracking" in USPS system. Thank you for contacting me once you realized that the shipment was "Stuck" somewhere which allows me to look into it and to ship a replacement part so you are not waiting for a product that might never arrive.
