There's just one small issue, which is that the LCD display fades out of visibility if you are looking at the clock horizontally. Since my bedside table is at the same level as my pillow, it means that lying on my pillow I can't actually read the time. I have to sit up and then it becomes visible. Other than that, I'm happy with it!

It is great to have a clock that is automatically illuminated at night but running on battery so it does not have to be plugged in. Perfect for travel and pretty nice for home too. Nice big numbers are easy to read without glasses.

When I received the item it did not include the chain. However, I had paid for the chain. When I contacted the seller they responded right away. They re-sent the chain. The delay was unfortunate b/c I had purchased it as a gift for someone.
