Contacted seller the same day they arrived with pictures of the box and the damaged contents. Not only did I recieved an apology but a replacement was immediately sent out next day delivery. It's not the problem that we remember it's how the problem was resolved and this was first class customer service. A service that some may like to follow. Highly recommended seller.
