I have gone through ebays process and emailed the company at least 7 times and have not had one response in the last 6 days and no one has responded to me very poor service no apparent concern that I may be a future customer. Customer service is non existent for them

They were willing to sell a part they didn't have and make me wait? I contacted them on 5/13/25 telling them of the mistake and I would be willing to keep the 3/4 fork, and I would be willing to buy a 1/2 fork if they would be willing to offer free shipping for it. Today is 5/20/25. Never got a response. Had to order one from another vendor.
