The phone call I just had with E-Bay confirms a seller "can" change shipping method ONLY if the buyer agrees to a change. We had many conversations about this shirt and you didn't mention you needed it fast, otherwise we could have paid for express shipping. The METHOD of shipping used was the problem. Bottom line is the listing said shipping would be via USPS Priority mail. You (the seller) changed the shipping method to a slower form (UPS Surepost) after payment was made. Ebay doesn't allow that (without my consent, which I never gave.) I called them to confirm. I didn't need the shirt fast rather I need you to honor you listing as advertised.
